Whole or Half Hog PRE-ORDER

We have four hogs available for the 2024 meat season. If you ever wanted to order a half hog, now is your chance to try it! Our pork is pastured and woodland raised depending on the season. We move the animals to the plot of grass that we lease during the spring and summer so that they have access to the best nutrients and then keep them close to home for the fall and winter while the temperatures and watering are tough.

Ordering a half hog saves you approximately 30% (or more if you choose a local -not USDA- butcher). We will walk you through the cut sheet to make sure that you are getting exactly what you desire from our animals and deliver the meat to your door. If you would like to purchase a whole animal, please place the deposit for two halves on the same date!

Our whole and half animals are sold by the hanging weight. This is standard in the meat production industry but we will it is important to help you understand the lingo! Live weight is what they weigh upon delivery to the butcher, hanging weight is the weight of the animal after processing, and market weight is the final cut and wrap weight.
